How many Patron Pagers can but put on one charger base?

Answer : 10 recommended, in some cases 15 if required.

How many charger bases per power supply?

Answer: 5

Is the power supply the same for MAXPage transmitter and Patron Charger?

Answer: Yes

My Patron Pager seems to run out of power

Answer: Do not use the same patron pagers off the top of the stack, eventually the battery will run down. Remember to rotate which patron pagers you use and share the load. Make sure those pagers are put on charge overnight.

How do I check the power level of the patron pager?

ANswer: Take the Patron Pager off the stack - look at the bars on the right hand side. The more bars the higher the charge

The LCD on the MAXPage is flashing

Answer: turn unit off with power switch on the wall for 10 seconds if problem re-occurs call Horizon Wireless support line.

How do I set the time on the MAXPage unit?

Answer: Hold down both ( ) buttons and then push 5
Push 2 then set the time using the number keys. use the ) button to move from hours to minutes.
Push SEND and the time will the be set.

How do I change the Patron Pager alert mode from beep to flash etc?

When my pagers have problems is it better to wait until I have several then send them back? or send them back 2 at a time?

Answer: Rental and Care Pack customers have an envelope provided to return warranty pagers. The envelope takes 2 pagers. Please send them back when only 1 or 2 are having issues
